HTAi members represent the most influential thought leaders in the field of health technology assessment globally. Every year, almost 1000 of these researchers, policy makers, industry, academia, health service providers, agencies, and patients/consumers discuss ways to inform healthcare decisions at our Annual Meeting. This year, share your message with our esteemed group of decision makers when we gather in Rome, Italy on June 19-21, 2017 for our annual meeting and pre-meeting workshops on June 17-18, 2017.
All sponsors will have their logo identity noted on the App, website (linked to the sponsor website) and within programme and an email blast noting all sponsors to HTAi members. Special sponsorship opportunities and rates are available for non-profit organisations.
Sponsored Symposia: HTAi provides the opportunity to host a sponsored symposia in conjunction with HTAi’s Annual Meeting. Sponsored symposium sessions will be scheduled in the Meeting program and promoted on the website and in the final programme/App. Time slots for symposium sessions are available for a fee of US $20,000. Spaces are limited for symposia and they will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The time, location and availability will be determined on a first come, first serve basis, other than for Platinum sponsors, who will have exclusive time slots. Sponsoring organisations will decide the speaker, topic and content for the session and will be subject to the review by HTAi to ensure scientific relevance to the meeting. Each sponsor will be responsible for inviting attendees, the cost of food & beverage, audio-visual materials and any other room set up requirements.
